The systematic or IUPAC name for Flubromazepam is 7-bromo-5-(2-fluorophenyl)-1,3-dihydro-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one. The formula is C15H10BrFN2O with a molecular mass of 333.16 g/mol an average mass of 33.15509 Da and a Monoisotopic mass of 331.996033 Da.

Research on Flubromazepam was conducted by ACD/Labs’, US Environmental Protection Agency’s EPISuite, and ChemAxon. Properties that were predicted by ACD/Labs showed 3 #H bond acceptors, 1 #Freely rotating bonds, index of refraction at 1.667 with a surface tension of 49.168998718261 dyne/cm, a flash point of 235.435 °C and a boiling point of 465.68 °C at 760 mmHg.

Properties that were predicted by the US Environmental Protection Agency’s EPISuite showed the boiling point at 464.70, melting point at 191.11, and the vapor pressure estimations at 3.35E-009. The report also showed water solubility at 25 deg C (mg/L): 22.3.
